We offer two plants for the production of corrugated paper rolls (canneté), one layer of corrugated cardboard coupled with one flat layer, maximum speed up to 60 metres per minute, consisting of:
1st LINE max width 1200 mm. consisting of 2 reel holders max diameter 1100 for corrugated and 1200 mm for smooth paper, Gherardi 1300 mm corrugator unit. F-flute cylinders, pitch 3.20 mm, height 1.25 mm, complete with rewinder, diameter up to 1400 mm, width 1300 mm.
2nd LINE, consisting of 2 reel holders with a maximum width of 1000 mm and a maximum diameter of 1200 mm, Gherardi corrugator 1300 mm. Cylinders mounted with ‘E’ flute, pitch 3.20 mm, height 1.25 mm. Rewinder, max width 1000 mm, max diameter 1100 mm.
Each system is equipped with a 200-litre starch tank with agitator.
